We are delighted to welcome French soprano Jeanne Gérard to the Rayfield Allied roster for general management.
Jeanne has recently sung Guardian of the Threshold Die Frau ohne Schatten (Verbier Festival) and Amore Orfeo et Euridice (NorrlandsOperan), and covered Le Feu/Rossignol L’Enfant et les sortilèges (Opéra national de Paris). This season she sings Pamina Die Zauberflöte (Grand Théâtre, Mâcon) and Dorinda The Tempest and Second Woman Dido and Aeneas (La Grange au Lac), and performs in concerts including for Opéra national de Paris and the Festival de Pâques d’Aix-en-Provence.
A graduate of the Manhattan School of Music, Jeanne is the winner of First Prize, the Audience Prize and the Orchestra and Technicians’ Prize at the 2019 Concours International de Chant de Mâcon, First Prize and the Special Prize of the Jury at the 2017 Léopold Bellan International Compensation, and a winner of the 2017 Armel Opera Competition.
