On Wednesday, tenor Sergey Romanovsky makes his anticipated house debut at Staatsoper Hamburg in Andreas Homoki's production of Verdi's Rigoletto as the Duke of Mantua under the baton of Paolo Arrivabeni.
This has become a signature role for Sergey which he has sung at the Bregenzer Festspiele and the Bolshoi Theatre. He continues to make an impression in Germany where recent roles include Raoul de Nangis in Les Huguenots at Semperoper Dresden, and his ongoing performances as Rodolfo in La bohème at Theater Dortmund.
Performances continue until the 30th of November. More information about the production and tickets can be found here.
